The Commis de Cuisine is an experienced cook who takes pride in creating high quality dishes
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in similar roles (chef, cook, pantry cook, garde manger, catering chef)
- versatility in all sections of the Galley
- quality-focused, organized
- knowledge of English
- ability to work in a team
- willingness to learn and looking forward to an international career
- professional in appearance, courteous toward guests and fellow team members
Responsibilities:
- support the Galley team to reach common goals
- helps with food preparation
- assume responsibility for the work entrusted with in various galley stations
- execute various knife slices and cooking methods
- keeps all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
- attends the loading of food, beverage, laundry and other items
