The Commis de Cuisine is an experienced cook who takes pride in creating high quality dishes

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in similar roles (chef, cook, pantry cook, garde manger, catering chef)
  • versatility in all sections of the Galley
  • quality-focused, organized
  • knowledge of English
  • ability to work in a team
  • willingness to learn and looking forward to an international career
  • professional in appearance, courteous toward guests and fellow team members

Responsibilities:

  • support the Galley team to reach common goals
  • helps with food preparation
  • assume responsibility for the work entrusted with in various galley stations
  • execute various knife slices and cooking methods
  • keeps all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • attends the loading of food, beverage, laundry and other items
